Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Counselor Supervisor - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise non-medical counselors and ensure adherence to counseling protocols and service quality
• Monitor outcomes data, audits, and customer feedback metrics to improve service delivery
• Provide coaching, feedback, and professional development support to counselors

Required Qualifications

• Master's or doctoral degree in counseling, social work, or psychology with relevant accreditation
• Current, valid, and unrestricted clinical license or certification for independent practice
• Two years of full-time post-master's supervised clinical experience
• Four years of experience supervising Licensed Counselors and similar projects
• Maintain current clinical credentials and demonstrate clinical competence through direct service experience
