Senior Change Management Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Change Management Analyst.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead analysis of data sources and develop relationships with stakeholders to align change initiatives with strategic goals
  • Coordinate stakeholder information updates and support the development of change management tools and training
  • Track progress of change initiatives, provide regular reports, and ensure compliance with data protection standards


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree with at least 8 years of experience in organizational change management or related fields
  • Strong understanding of OCM theories and models
  • Experience in collecting and analyzing stakeholder feedback to refine OCM strategies
  • Ability to understand stakeholder needs and dynamics within the organization
  • Experience with digital tools for managing stakeholder information is preferred
