Senior Care Nurse Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Care Nurse Manager to oversee nursing operations within Senior Care programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage nursing personnel, including scheduling, recruitment, and performance evaluations
• Develop and implement new service lines and quality improvement projects
• Coordinate with clinical leadership to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and optimize care delivery

Required Qualifications

• Graduate from a CCNE or NLN accredited nursing program is strongly preferred
• 2-4 years of experience in operations within a Senior Care setting required
• Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred
• 2 years of previous management experience preferred
