Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage business operations processes including billing, invoicing, and service ordering
  • Act as the customer's advocate, directing internal resources to achieve business outcomes
  • Ensure operational procedures align with contractual obligations and government expectations
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma and 10 years of experience, with supervisory or lead experience preferred
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen
  • 5 years' experience working with government clients in operational oversight or service delivery roles
  • Experience with telecom billing systems and ability to audit and reconcile large-scale invoices
  • Familiarity with change orders and SLA impacts
