Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of business continuity frameworks and plans
• Collaborate with senior management to coordinate business continuity governance activities and training programs
• Monitor business continuity infrastructure, develop KPIs, and report performance to management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 6 years of relevant business continuity management (BCM) experience
• Demonstrated technical expertise in BCP documentation and incident management
• Knowledge of current business continuity processes, risks, and governance
• Strong project management skills, including budgeting and resource allocation
