Study Start-Up Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a US Study Start Up Lead responsible for leading operational strategy and management of clinical trial start-up activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead timely start-up and operational management of clinical studies across multiple therapeutic areas
• Act as the operational point-of-contact between various study teams for start-up activities
• Maintain internal tracking for study site status and ensure clear communication within the clinical team

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a General Science (e.g., life science, medicine, clinical research, pharmacy)
• 5 or more years of work experience in clinical operations
• Previous experience in Oncology and Study Start Up is strongly preferred
• Profound operational knowledge of clinical research and understanding of the R&D process
• Project management skills to coordinate across all deliverables and manage local study teams
