Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Business Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements and acceptance criteria while engaging with stakeholders
• Conduct user acceptance and end-to-end testing, ensuring solutions meet defined criteria
• Identify system deficiencies and lead discovery efforts for process improvements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in business, mathematics, statistics, finance, accounting, or equivalent experience; MBA preferred
• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and software documentation
• Experience with product management and software development tools such as Azure DevOps and Jira
• Knowledge of healthcare financial accounts and SAFe Agile principles
• Certifications such as SAFe POPM, PMI-PBA, or equivalent Business Analyst certifications are highly desired
