A company is looking for a Senior Business Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between clients, project managers, and technical teams to gather and translate business requirements
• Develop business specifications and recommend improvements to business processes supporting strategic goals
• Participate in requirements gathering, system testing, and user acceptance activities while coordinating cross-functionally

Required Qualifications

• 6 or more years of experience as a Business Analyst in the healthcare industry
• Proficiency with business process re-engineering
• Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft tools, SQL, or relational databases
• Curiosity and initiative to solve complex problems in a fast-paced environment
• 3+ years of experience in Medicaid/Medicare preferred
