Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Brand Manager to drive brand performance and growth for a high-growth product.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead brand strategies and execute integrated marketing plans to enhance brand equity and drive demand
• Own P&L performance and deliver growth through strategic pricing, promotion, innovation, and distribution choices
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities and manage the brand budget

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; MBA preferred
• 7+ years of experience in brand management for consumer products
• Prior experience in beauty, personal care, or lifestyle brands preferred
• Proven experience in managing P&L and budget in a matrixed environment
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to lead cross-functional teams
