Senior AIOps Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior AIOps Platform Engineer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain service health models and KPIs within Splunk ITSI
• Onboard new data sources into Splunk, including data parsing, extraction, and transformation
• Develop advanced dashboards and configure ITSI's machine learning features to predict service degradations

Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience with a major log aggregation and monitoring platform, preferably Splunk
• Deep, hands-on experience with Splunk IT Service Intelligence (ITSI) or a comparable AIOps platform
• Expert-level proficiency in Splunk's Search Processing Language (SPL) or equivalent query languages
• Experience in large-scale IT operations, infrastructure engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE)
• Proficiency in administering cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
