Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Engineer (VP) to join their Asset Management team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review electrical and mechanical PV system designs for compliance with NEC, local codes, and internal standards
  • Conduct daily reviews of completed residential PV installations and validate project milestones
  • Collaborate with contractors, sales teams, and technicians to maintain quality standards and support continuous improvement efforts


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (or licensed Electrician)
  • Strong knowledge of residential construction and PV systems
  • Familiarity with NEC (National Electrical Code)
  • Ability to read and interpret construction documents, including wiring diagrams and schematics
  • Experience or familiarity with CAD tools and Microsoft Office applications
