Senior Advisor, Consumer Insights

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Advisor, Consumer Insights for a remote position.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and manage comprehensive Voice of Customer (VoC) programs and systems for collecting and analyzing customer feedback
• Lead qualitative and quantitative research initiatives to uncover consumer motivations and preferences
• Translate customer data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations for product and experience improvements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field; Master's preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management focusing on consumer experience and healthcare operations
• 5+ years of experience in customer insights, market research, or VoC roles, preferably within a health plan organization
• Strong expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies
• Proficiency in tools such as Press Ganey, Qualtrics, Medallia, Tableau, or Excel
