Senior Account Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Account Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage key customer relationships and lead internal support teams to deliver solutions that meet customer expectations
  • Establish and maintain relationships with internal teams to understand and meet customer requirements, coordinating activities as needed
  • Serve as the primary contact for program support, ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with contractual agreements
Required Qualifications:
  • Degree or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years of relevant business experience
  • Knowledge of healthcare, pharmacy, or biopharma is a plus
  • Experience working with customers and cross-functional teams
  • Prior experience in account management or leadership is preferred
