Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Account Manager responsible for retaining and growing existing clients while driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Increase net dollar retention through upsells and cross-sells
• Negotiate client contract renewals to enhance Annual Recurring Revenue
• Generate and close new opportunities within assigned accounts

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience managing client relationships, including upselling
