Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Account Development Representative, Enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to sales pipeline and revenue growth through lead qualification and outbound prospecting
• Own account-based prospecting activities and deliver qualified introductory meetings with key decision-makers
• Manage inbound leads qualification and support growth in designated territory coverage

Required Qualifications

• 1-2 years of sales development experience, preferably in software technology
• Demonstrated ability to engage in meaningful conversations and handle objections
• Expertise in prospecting, account mapping, lead development, and sales qualification
• Proficiency with marketing and sales technologies, such as Salesforce.com and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Strong work ethic and adaptability to rapidly changing environments
