Job Description

We are seeking a talented Sales & Customer Success Operations Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset coupled with exceptional interpersonal skills. Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques is essential, along with the ability to translate findings into actionable insights. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse complex datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that drive sales and customer success initiatives.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and essential metrics for sales and customer success.
  • Ensure data assets for sales and customer success align with overarching business objectives.
  • Collaborate effectively with stakeholders across all levels to address data needs and project goals.
  • Prioritize tasks efficiently to deliver accurate results within tight deadlines.
  • Support new product launches by aligning with timelines for sales operations and customer success.
  • Assist in commission and target-setting processes by providing timely and accurate reporting.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in data analysis, reporting, and visualization to enhance insights and tools.

 

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, Salesforce).
  • Strong stakeholder management skills at all levels.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence decisions.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle difficult situations with sound judgment.
  • Practical experience in data analytics and data-driven decision-making in sales operations.
