Job Description

We are seeking a talented Sales & Customer Success Operations Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset coupled with exceptional interpersonal skills. Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques is essential, along with the ability to translate findings into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

Analyse complex datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that drive sales and customer success initiatives.
Build and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and essential metrics for sales and customer success.
Ensure data assets for sales and customer success align with overarching business objectives.
Collaborate effectively with stakeholders across all levels to address data needs and project goals.
Prioritize tasks efficiently to deliver accurate results within tight deadlines.
Support new product launches by aligning with timelines for sales operations and customer success.
Assist in commission and target-setting processes by providing timely and accurate reporting.
Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in data analysis, reporting, and visualization to enhance insights and tools.

Qualifications

Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, Salesforce).
Strong stakeholder management skills at all levels.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence decisions.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and handle difficult situations with sound judgment.
Practical experience in data analytics and data-driven decision-making in sales operations.
