Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 1+ years of experience in a customer service setting, preferably at a premium brand
• 1+ years of experience in building customer relationships and resolving complaints
• 1+ years of experience in identifying and solving customer issues
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus
