Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Enrollment and Eligibility Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and reconcile enrollment errors by comparing reports with system information and CMS records
• Prepare and maintain new member or group enrollments while responding to eligibility inquiries
• Perform basic clerical tasks and assist in improving quality and productivity processes

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 1+ years of experience in an office environment using a telephone and computer
• 1+ years of customer service experience
• Stable work experience and proficiency in MS Windows
