Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director, Global Site Management (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Site Management Leads, ensuring strategic direction and timely delivery of milestones
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to align on implementation strategies and support Site Management Leads
• Provide strategic oversight for assigned studies, leading issue resolution and stakeholder management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a scientific or (para)medical field
• Minimum of 10 years of clinical research experience, including 3 years in project management
• Advanced knowledge of ICH and GCP guidelines
• Proven leadership skills in managing remote teams and influencing stakeholders
• Strong analytical skills and experience in drug development and resource planning
