Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Business Systems Analyst - CLM (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a company-wide CLM strategy in collaboration with Sales and Legal
• Lead solution design for legal applications and manage critical cross-functional initiatives related to CLM
• Document business process requirements and manage stakeholder communications regarding contract management needs

Required Qualifications

• Solid understanding of global CLM principles and practices
• In-house SaaS industry experience
• Proven track record of owning and delivering CLM application projects
• Strong business acumen and project management ability
• Good knowledge of SDLC processes
