Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regional Vice President of Sales for Tableau-State Agencies in the West.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a team of Account Executives, including recruiting, hiring, and training
• Lead client and prospect meetings while providing mentorship and support to direct reports
• Report on sales activity and forecast to senior sales management, while monitoring team performance

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales leadership experience managing a team of seven or more quota-carrying salespeople
• Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred
• Proven experience in leading Account Executives successfully
• Experience in consultative selling within the Software/Infrastructure/Platform space
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
