Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pre-Sales Transfer Agent.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from sales prospects and third-party partners, transferring potential customers to licensed agents
• Educate consumers on the company's value proposition and encourage them to engage with sales agents
• Meet and exceed monthly goals for transfer rates and other key performance indicators

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• Sales experience preferred, particularly in call centers or performance-based roles in the last 2 years
• Experience in a professional office setting
• Job stability is preferred
• Must have a dedicated workspace and high-speed internet connection
