Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Operations Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Support target setting operations and analysis for the Sales Performance Strategy Quota Administration team
• Develop, administer, and maintain target setting processes for various teams across multiple products
• Reconcile data sources for revenue transactions and create complex reports while ensuring high accuracy and customer satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• B.S./B.A. in Finance, Business, or Math
• 4 years of experience in business and/or finance, particularly in compensation administration and sales operations
• Strong quantitative skills, including statistical analysis and data management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and familiarity with BI tools like Microsoft Power BI
• Competency in SQL and Salesforce reporting is preferred
