Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain sales reports and dashboards, ensuring data quality and integrity
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and collaborate with teams to implement changes
• Respond to sales support requests and partner with stakeholders to customize reporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Data Analytics, or related field
• 1-2 years of experience in sales operations, business analysis, or a related role, preferably in SaaS
• Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and familiarity with enterprise SaaS tools
• Demonstrated proficiency with Excel and/or Google Sheets, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions
• Experience with conversational intelligence tools is advantageous
