Key Responsibilities:

• Support the full incentive compensation cycle, including data validation and payment processing
• Develop and implement audit frameworks to identify and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain documentation of compensation plans and processes for audit readiness

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in sales compensation processes
• 3+ years of experience with sales compensation platforms
• Experience supporting compensation for a team of 50+ sellers
• Strong understanding of sales incentive structures
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
