Required Qualifications

• Experience with Everstage or similar platforms
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
• Deep understanding of fixed and variable pay structures in SaaS
• Ability to build trusted relationships across various teams
• Experience in a scaling SaaS or tech company is preferred
