A company is looking for a Sales, Marketing & Events Coordinator to support strategic growth initiatives and executive operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support, including scheduling and documentation organization
• Coordinate sales and marketing efforts, managing CRM records and generating performance reports
• Plan and execute virtual and in-person events, handling logistics and attendee data tracking

Required Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in event planning, sales/marketing support, or executive coordination
• Advanced knowledge of HubSpot CRM and proficiency in Canva, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Experience managing event logistics and print production for marketing initiatives
• Familiarity with project management tools like ClickUp, Asana, or Trello
• Comfortable using AI tools to enhance workflows and content generation
