Track and reconcile sales commissions, ensuring accuracy in attainment vs. quota calculations
Contribute to Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and forecasting through data analysis and reporting
Conduct performance analytics and year-over-year trend analysis on accounts and revenue
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales operations, business analysis, or a related role
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
Proficient in Excel, Salesforce CRM, and basic SQL or data querying languages
Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI is a plus
Industry experience in Consumer Directed Healthcare (CDH), healthcare benefits, SaaS, or fintech is a plus
