Summary of Position

We're seeking a talented Digital Production Designer to join our Design team. The ideal candidate is eager to grow and learn and is looking for an opportunity to advance their design skills. In this role, you will support the design team with various projects and tasks.

Position Responsibilities

• Ensure website pages are professionally styled with supporting graphics
• Manage coupon website updates
• Configure client information in the WordPress backend for UI / Visual Designers
• Complete post-launch checklists, which include compressing images
• Complete website update tickets
• Design graphics for various marketing campaigns, such as paid media ads, landing pages, Google Business Profile posts, etc.
• Act as a notetaker for the Design team
• Review websites to catch errors
• Upload images to WordPress galleries
• Update spreadsheets
• Other duties as assigned by management

• A portfolio submission highlighting previous design projects
• Strong visual design skills
• Basic Photoshop Knowledge
• Experience with Figma and WordPress
• Experience working in Microsoft and Google applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, Sheets, and Docs)
• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus or be willing to learn
• Familiarity with current web trends and other UI/UX considerations
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Creative and detail-oriented
• A passion for learning and growing as a digital design professional
• A team player who takes pride in their work
• Delivers high-quality results on every project by balancing speed, meticulous attention to detail, flexibility, and a proactive approach to evolving client needs.

The total compensation for this non-exempt, salaried opportunity includes a base salary of $40,000 to $50,000, the potential for bonuses, plus benefits. This target compensation range is subject to multiple factors including role, level, experience, and location. As you go through our interview process, your recruiter will work with you to identify a competitive base salary within the proposed range.
