Role Overview:

The Growth Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in driving membership growth for Roadtrippers products and supporting B2B partnerships. This position will be responsible for contributing to marketing campaigns to drive awareness of all Roadtrippers products & features, managing the operational components of marketing campaigns, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to maximize ad sales and drive member growth. This role collaborates closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure marketing initiatives run efficiently and align with business goals.

Where You're Located:

Candidates for this role will be based in the United States and work remotely.

    • In partnership with the marketing team, work alongside our digital sales leader to execute paid performance marketing campaigns that achieve and exceed ROAS goals targeting key fan growth audiences.
    • Working alongside Lifecycle Marketing, work to optimize owned digital channels like email, SMS, web, and app to drive membership sales amongst known Roadtrippers enthusiasts.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling content for marketing campaigns.
    • Act as a primary contact for B2B partners, providing support with design assets, reports, approvals, and ongoing communication, including tracking updates and securing necessary materials.
    • Create and manage weekly newsletters by curating content, selecting visuals, building templates, and generating tracking links to optimize engagement and performance.
    • Manage asset coordination and campaign execution by overseeing the creation, approval, and delivery of materials, tracking performance metrics, and maintaining reporting documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
    • Optimize and develop marketing content by incorporating SEO insights, refreshing existing materials, creating new content for campaigns and partners, and monitoring industry trends to maintain relevance and quality.
    • Manage and execute social media content strategy by scheduling posts, maintaining the content calendar, and developing engaging content to enhance brand visibility and partner promotions.
    • Stay current on industry trends and best practices in growth marketing, including social, digital, and performance marketing.

Experience:

    • 1-3 years of marketing experience with a focus on digital marketing and performance media
    • Bachelor's degree with an excellent record of academic and managerial or professional achievement
    • Strong oral and written communication skills
    • A basic understanding of traditional and digital media channels is a plus
    • Extraordinary attention and commitment to detail
    • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to evaluate, prioritize, balance, and easily switch between multiple tasks or needs
    • Strong time-management skills with the ability for quick responsiveness
    • Good team player, analytical, organizational, and communication skills
    • Capable of working in fast-paced and demanding environments
    • Must be able to connect “micro” details to the “macro” vision and mission
    • Experience with Google Suite (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slide & Meet)

Compensation: $21/hr - $24/hr, based on experience, qualification, and geographic location.
