Risk Adjustment Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Risk Adjustment Data Submissions Manager to support data submissions through analysis and operational improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and monitor data submissions for accuracy and completeness, identifying discrepancies and areas for improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and monitor corrective actions
• Develop and maintain documentation of submission processes and educate stakeholders on best practices

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, data analytics, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• Minimum of five years of substantive healthcare experience or operational experience
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
• Ability to establish and improve operational processes
• Strong command of SQL; experience with Snowflake database preferred
