Key Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor performance of operations vendors to meet contractual requirements
• Conduct reviews, audits, and compliance checks on operational procedures
• Analyze performance data and prepare reports to communicate results to management

Required Qualifications

• BS or BA degree
• 3 - 5+ years of relevant experience in auditing and assessment activities
• Process subject matter expertise and work experience for functional Operations Tower
• Strong auditing skills applicable across various business problems
• Proficient with MS Office applications
