Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Risk Adjustment Coding Support.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee hiring, orientation, and development of Risk Adjustment coding team members
• Conduct audits and provide feedback to ensure compliance and quality in coding practices
• Analyze coding data to identify trends and areas for improvement, preparing reports for internal and external use

Required Qualifications

• A degree in health information, healthcare administration, or a related field
• Certification in medical coding (CRC) or demonstrated ability
• 5+ years of experience in Risk Adjustment coding with a focus on clinical documentation
• Previous managerial experience or supervisory role
• Technical proficiency and strong knowledge of coding languages within multiple EMRs
