A company is looking for an RFP and Proposal Specialist to manage requests for proposals and support business acquisition efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the RFP process in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
• Foster collaboration between business units to respond to inquiries and create customer-facing materials
• Develop compliant, competitive, and compelling proposal deliverables based on solicitation requirements

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of related experience, including 1-2 years with RFPs and proposals or with an insurance carrier
• Proficiency with SharePoint, Salesforce, MS Excel, and Adobe preferred
• High School Diploma required
