Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a trusted advisor to revenue leaders, conducting market analysis and supporting territory planning
  • Map and optimize the lead-to-close journey for US sales workflows, defining criteria and playbooks
  • Manage HubSpot as a Super-Admin, overseeing workflows, deal pipelines, and data governance
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of sales operations experience with sales leadership
  • 3+ years of hands-on HubSpot administration experience
  • Intermediate-to-advanced proficiency in SQL
  • Documented success in redesigning and implementing global sales processes
  • Experience in building dashboards and delivering insights from data
