• Manage and optimize the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and automation of workflows
• Segment and prioritize sales accounts to enhance outreach strategies
• Develop reports and dashboards to provide visibility for Sales and Finance teams

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or CRM Administration
• Deep knowledge of CRM systems and sales enablement practices
• Experience with pipeline forecasting and reporting tools
• Experience in account segmentation and territory planning is preferred
• Passion for travel, marketing, or media is a bonus
