• Lead and mentor a team focused on marketing operations and analytics, fostering a culture of innovation and growth

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Information Systems, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in marketing operations, marketing automation, or revenue operations
• 3+ years of experience in people management or team leadership
• Advanced certifications (HubSpot, Salesforce, SQL, GA4, etc.) are a plus
• Proven success in B2B SaaS or EdTech environments
