Job Summary

A company is looking for an RCM Practice Performance Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with various billing teams while monitoring their performance against standards
• Analyze key performance metrics to identify trends and implement action plans for timely claims submission and resolution of client issues
• Coordinate the resolution of claims processing and billing issues, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations

Required Qualifications

• B.A. or B.S. in Business Administration or related field with 7+ years of relevant experience
• 4-5 years of supervisory experience in a fast-paced revenue cycle environment
• Demonstrated knowledge of healthcare reimbursement, medical billing, and collections processes
• Experience with billing systems and payer setup/configuration
• Radiology revenue cycle and billing experience preferred
