Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle Services Coordinator 1.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage patient billing and collection processing while ensuring compliance with departmental policies
• Handle tasks such as payment posting, cash reconciliation, and insurance follow-up
• Provide customer service in a call center setting, including self-pay collections and claim submission

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 6 months experience in customer service or a healthcare environment
• Experience using PCs and Microsoft Office products, particularly Word and Excel
• Knowledge of Epic or other EMR is preferred
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, managing tasks effectively
