Job Summary

A company is looking for a Care Review Processor (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide telephone, clerical, and data entry support for the Care Review team
• Process authorization requests and provider inquiries, including eligibility and benefits verification
• Contact physician offices to request missing information for authorization requests

Required Qualifications and Education

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Associate Degree preferred
• 1-3 years of experience in an administrative support role in healthcare required
• 3+ years of experience in an administrative support role in healthcare preferred, with a Medical Assistant background
