Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Analyst 2, Zero Balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze claims and pursue incorrectly paid medical insurance claims through correspondence with insurance companies
• Research payer underpayments and assess account profitability while managing multiple internal projects
• Mentor new Revenue Analysts and coordinate training sessions for incoming team members

Required Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or 3-5 years of relevant work experience preferred
• Knowledge of the Revenue Cycle industry and experience with hospital claims and payer contracts
• Professional experience in communicating with insurance companies and writing complex appeals
• Ability to conduct research using multiple channels and navigate hospital accounting systems
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in OneNote, Word, and advanced Excel functions
