Job Summary

A company is looking for a Retention Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Service inbound calls and complete proactive retention efforts through outbound calls
• Exceed revenue goals by retaining customers and upselling services
• Address customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a positive customer experience

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; Associate or bachelor's degree preferred
• At least 1 year of previous sales/retention and/or service experience required
• Leadership experience preferred
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
