Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal counsel to retail businesses on store operations, e-commerce, and wholesale channels
• Negotiate vendor, supply, and distribution agreements, including compliance with consumer-facing regulations
• Collaborate with various departments to deliver legal advice that supports retail execution and growth

Required Qualifications

• At least 10+ years of corporate legal practice, including in-house attorney experience
• Broad experience in retail business operations and legal compliance
• Substantive legal experience as a corporate generalist
• J.D. from a nationally accredited law school
• State bar membership in the state of residence/practice
