Job Summary

A company is looking for a Public Sector Compliance Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide compliance program oversight and execution across the team and stakeholders
• Drive coordination, planning, and management of complex compliance initiatives and cross-functional projects
• Oversee day-to-day compliance activities, including continuous monitoring and significant change requests

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in compliance, risk management, or operations focused on the federal government
• At least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role
• Strong understanding of public sector compliance frameworks (e.g., FedRAMP, NIST 800-53)
• Proven experience managing teams and overseeing complex projects across multiple stakeholders
• Ability to analyze complex information and propose practical solutions
