Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Female Excel Reporting Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be exceptional in Excel, capable of building accurate, clear, and organized reports with no discrepancies. While prior experience with Shopify is not required, a willingness to learn and adapt is essential—we will provide full training.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, maintain, and optimize detailed reports using Microsoft Excel.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity—no discrepancies or errors.
• Organize report formats for clarity, efficiency, and readability.
• Work closely with the team to identify reporting needs and deliver timely outputs.
• Learn and apply Shopify reporting tools and processes (training provided).
• Maintain consistency in formatting and data presentation across all reports.
• Assist with data imports/exports between Excel and Shopify.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, conditional formatting, and charts).
• Meticulous attention to detail and a passion for organized, clean data presentation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
• Eagerness to learn new platforms and systems (Shopify training will be provided).
• Prior reporting or data analysis experience is a plus.

Preferred But Not Required:

• Experience with e-commerce data or order reports.
• Familiarity with Shopify, Google Sheets, or data visualization tools.
