Manager of Business Analytics

Our client is looking for a results-driven Manager of Business Analytics to join the team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of leveraging data analytics to inform business strategies and enhance operational efficiencies. You will manage a team of analysts, guiding them in performing complex data analyses and delivering actionable insights that support decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the business analytics team to develop and implement analytics strategies that align with organizational goals.
• Conduct detailed analyses of business performance data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
• Design and implement dashboards and reports that provide visibility into key performance metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define analytical needs and develop solutions that support their objectives.
• Translate complex analytical findings into clear and actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
• Provide mentorship and training to team members to build analytical capabilities within the organization.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in business analytics and recommend techniques to enhance data-driven decision-making.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in business analytics, with a progressive level of responsibility.
• Proficiency in analytical tools and programming languages such as SQL, R, Python, or similar.
• Experience with business intelligence tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey insights effectively to diverse audiences.
• Proven leadership abilities with a track record of developing and managing high-performing teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in business analytics.
