Job Description:

We are looking for a Male Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team and help sell natural products and vitamins over the phone to customers in the United States. The ideal candidate should have a good accent, a pleasant personality, and a strong background in customer service and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers over the phone, providing information about our natural products and vitamins
• Communicate effectively in good, clear English with a neutral or near-neutral accent
• Build rapport with customers, actively listen to their needs, and confidently promote our products
• Handle calls professionally and maintain a conversation for at least three minutes with potential buyers
• Look up products in the company's search engine software when needed
• Address customer inquiries, provide recommendations, and assist with the ordering process
• Maintain a positive, friendly, and professional demeanor at all times

Requirements:

• Good accent in English (does not have to be perfect but should sound natural and clear)
• Strong background in customer service and sales
• Fluent in English – able to converse easily and professionally with US customers
• Pleasant personality – friendly, engaging, and good at building relationships
• Comfortable talking on the phone for extended periods (at least 3 minutes per call)
• Experience using company search engine software to look up products (preferred)
• Ability to sell and recommend products confidently
• Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to learn
