E-commerce Assistant

Job Title: E-commerce Assistant for Tractor Supply and MSC Industrial Supply

Remote VA PH is currently looking for an experienced E-commerce Assistant to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with MSC Industrial Supply and Tractor Supply Platforms

Work Schedule: 9:30am - 5:30pm EST, FULLY REMOTE

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, edit, and manage product listings on MSC.
• Optimize product titles, descriptions, and keywords to improve search visibility and sales performance.
• Upload high-quality images and ensure they meet platform-specific requirements.
• Monitor and update inventory levels to prevent stock issues or overselling.
• Troubleshoot and resolve listing issues, including errors or rejections on platforms.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure accurate product information and pricing.
• Stay up-to-date with platform policies and e-commerce trends to ensure compliance and maintain competitiveness.`

• Proven experience managing product listings on MSC Industrial Supply.
• Experience in listing products on Tractor Supply.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills.
