Remote Underwriting Team Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Underwriting Team Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Underwriting Manager in managing daily activities of the underwriting group
• Provide training, support, and feedback to underwriting team members
• Review and approve underwriting decisions within designated authority limits

Required Qualifications

• 6 months of work experience with the company and no disciplinary actions in the last 3 months
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Word, and Excel
• Ability to handle a pipeline and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• 3 years of relevant experience working as an underwriter or in a related position preferred
• 1 year of supervisory experience preferred
