Job Summary

A company is looking for an Underwriter- Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess risk associated with insuring individuals or businesses
• Review applications for insurance coverage and determine policy terms and conditions
• Make informed decisions on coverage approval or denial based on risk assessments

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Level Degree required
• 2 years of experience in health underwriting required
• Experience in large group underwriting (51+ employees) required
• Preferred experience in prospect rating, renewal rating, and self-funding
• No certification or licenses required
